All of our socket inserts are made from special steels. They are available in all metric sizes from SW (width across flats) 0.7 mm to SW 65 mm, as well as in inch sizes from SW 0.028 to SW 1 inch Hexagon socket inserts are produced in accordance with DIN/ISO 2936 (DIN 911, DIN 911L) and DIN 6911 respectively. The above DIN/ISO provisions for hardness and torque parameters are clearly outperformed thanks to our special hardening and tempering processes. Socket inserts are available non-chamfered or chamfered, stamped or unstamped. They are also available with a ball head.

Our socket inserts are offered with the following surface finishes:

• chromium-plated
• nickelplated
• galvanised (natural, blue, black or yellow chromated)
• burnished / zinc phosphated
• chrome-plated with a black tip

All tools are supplied in bulk or in packaged sets. Furthermore, all products are available in set sizes of your choice. All socket inserts and offset screwdrivers can be provided with your marking. The same applies to boxes and packaging which can be designed to suit your wishes.
