Bits & magnetic holders

In addition to hand screwdrivers our range of products includes a complete selection of power-driven bits and screwdrivers. Our delivery programme comprises a large range of magnetic and non-magnetic bit-holders, bit drills, adapters and counter-sinkers.

AAll tools for screws are available in holders, boxes and tool sets. The bits and magnetic holders can be provided with laser marking according to your specification. This also applies to the design and labelling of bit boxes and packaging. Sets of bits and tools will be prepared to meet your requirements.

1. Basic Bits

With our steel grey BASIC range we offer professional bit quality which exceeds the requirements of DIN/ISO in every respect and which is suitable for any application. This BASIC quality is the basis for our diamond and TIN bits. Thanks to mature hardening technology we are able to achieve a hardness of 59-61 HRc, which is a prerequisite for excellent resistance to wear.

2. Bits of TIN quality

Our TIN bits are of optimum quality and are ideal for large screw fastening jobs. By the application of two coatings, i.e. TIC = titanium carbide + TIN = titanium nitrite, the bit surface has a hardness of approx. 95 HRc (= harder than normal hard metal), which makes the bit extremely resistant to wear and ensures long-term corrosion protection. Subsequent thermal treatment, applying a computer-controlled vacuum process, considerably increases the toughness of these bits.

3. AntiCor®- the stainless steel range produced by WURO

  • Prevention of extraneous rust on critical surfaces by the use of stainless steel tools.
  • BVery suitable for delicate applications on façades, in bathrooms, on fittings.
  • Ideal for outside applications, under clean room conditions, in the foodstuff and the cosmetics industries, in chip production, i.e. wherever stainless steel fasteners are used.
  • High hardness and torque values achieved by special hardening processes.

4. DIAMONDgrip® – bits with a diamond coating

  • Miniature diamonds give a firm grip on the screw which ensures a secure hold in the screw head.
  • High resistance to wear, therefore particularly suitable for fastening hardened screws.
  • Long service life, therefore optimally suited for continuous industrial use.
  • Optimum corrosion protection ensured by the nickel-plated surface.
  • Only a low contact pressing force is required.
